SMS Messaging Program Description:

Danclare Financial Group operates an SMS messaging program to send clients appointment reminders, service updates, billing notices, and follow-up communications related to tax, accounting, and financial advisory services.

1.Services

Danclare Financial Group provides :

  • Tax preparation and tax strategy advisory  

  • Bookkeeping and accounting services  

  • Payroll support  

  • Financial planning and insurance-based strategies   

All services are subject to engagement agreements where applicable. 

2. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide high-level tax strategies and financial guidance: 

  • We do not guarantee specific tax savings or financial outcomes  

  • Results depend on individual circumstances, compliance, and execution  

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  1. Provide accurate and complete information  

  2. Submit requested documents on time  

  3. Review all filings before submission  

  4. Notify us of any changes affecting your financial situation  

Failure to do so may impact results and timelines. 

4. Payments

  • Fees are disclosed before services begin  

  • Payment may be required upfront or per agreement

  • Late payments may delay services  

All sales may be final unless otherwise stated in writing. 

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, except where disclosure is required by law. 

6. Communication

By using our services, you agree to receive: 

  • Emails  

  • Phone calls  

  • SMS communications (as outlined in Privacy Policy)  

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receipt, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out, and no further SMS messages will be sent.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Danclare Financial Group and its wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law,

Danclare Financial Group shall not be liable for: 

  • Indirect or incidental damages  

  • Losses due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client  

  • Decisions made based on advisory services  

8. Independent Advise

Our services do not replace:

  • Legal advice  

  • Investment advisory services (unless separately licensed and disclosed)  

Clients are encouraged to consult appropriate professionals where necessary

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse Service

  • Terminate engagement

If terms are violated or cooperation is not maintained. 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. 

11. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
